1. GENERAL INQUIRIES
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?
We can only make changes to orders that have not been processed for shipping.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship within Canada, to the United-States and UK.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Once you've placed an order, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process and to be sent out for delivery.
Once sent out, standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
- United States / UK: 7-10 days
- Canada: 3-5 days
2. PAYMENT
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Purchases on our site can be made using a Debit Visa or and all major Credit Cards. We additionally offer support for Apple Pay, and Google Pay.You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: $CAD If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in $CAD depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND TO WHAT LOCATIONS?
We are currently based out of Toronto and ship within Canada, the United-States and to the UK.

DO YOU OFFER FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer fast shipping on a select number of countries:You can select fast shipping after having entered your delivery location.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once you've placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Deliveries outside of Canada and the US will have to pay custom taxes and duties.Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.
4. RETURN
DOES YOUR COMPANY ACCEPT RETURNS?
We DO accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase
- The item(s) must be sold on our online store
- The item must be unworn or unused
- Items we DO NOT ACCEPT as returns : false lashes, beauty/hygiene products,earrings, undergarments
- Must be in its original packaging with all tags
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery date.
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
- If exchange or return request is made after the 28 days; we do offer a "grace period" window (2 weeks) if all above conditions are met, a credit will be issued and applied to your M.E.E account for future purchases.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We DO NOT accept straight exchanges. Request will follow the same conditions as returns. In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
- It is the customer's responsibility to cover the RETURN cost for shipping within the 28 day request.
- If the customer request a RETURN after the 28 days but within the "grace period" (2 week) the cost to ship back is covered by the customer and a $5.00 processing fee
- Customers requesting an EXCHANGE, will also have to cover the cost to return the item(s) but a $5.00 shipping credit will be applied to your new order or remain on your account,

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Busy seasons 10-12 days
